# Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OK ID. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OK ID platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
## 1. Description of Service
OK ID is a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provided by Web & Education Solution, that allows users to create and manage digital vCards, custom pages, and WhatsApp stores, as well as participate in affiliate programs and purchase physical NFC cards.
## 2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
* **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
* **Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
* **Accurate Information:** You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and keep your billing and contact information up to date.
## 3. User-Generated Content and Acceptable Use
As a multi-tenant platform, OK ID allows you to create and share your own content (including vCards, text, images, and WhatsApp store listings).
* **Content Ownership:** You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant OK ID a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
* **Prohibited Content:** You agree not to upload, sell, or share any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or violates any local, state, or international law.
* **WhatsApp Stores:** OK ID provides the software to facilitate WhatsApp stores. We are not a party to any transactions between you and your customers. You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, managing disputes, and complying with consumer protection laws for your own store.
## 4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
* **Subscription Plans:** Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
* **Payment Methods:** We accept designated online payment methods and cash payments as outlined in our billing portal.
* **Cancellations:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
* **Refunds:** Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
## 5. Physical Products (NFC Cards)
* **Orders and Shipping:** Purchases of physical NFC cards are subject to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
* **Defects and Returns:** If an NFC card arrives defective, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, subject to our verification of the defect.
## 6. Affiliate Program and Withdrawals
* **Affiliate Tracking:** OK ID offers an affiliate program allowing users to earn commissions for referring new customers.
* **Withdrawals:** Affiliate commissions are tracked in your dashboard. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and supported payout methods apply. OK ID reserves the right to withhold payouts for suspected fraud, self-referrals, or violations of these Terms.
## 7. Intellectual Property
All code, software, design, logos, and infrastructure used to provide OK ID are the exclusive property of Web & Education Solution and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our platform's source code or proprietary designs.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web & Education Solution and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
## 9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
## 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
## 11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
